Choose from one of our five monthly support packages to ensure you get the very best out of your new website. Loss of data or website downtime is extremely damaging to any business one of our monthly support packages will protect your most valuable business asset.
As you will see, the better support packages give you:

Important Notes:
- We can only provide a response service to technical faults during office hours and not weekends or public holidays.
- Although we can help with most matters IT, these support contracts are strictly for the support of the website to ensure it is functioning at its very best. We use a "ticketing system" to ensure we have a paper trail of any faults on the site and the resultant fix. That paper trail must be in one location so that we can both access it. Please do not raise technical problems using text, WhatsApp or phone.
- Our support packages do not cover training or help with other IT issues that you may have.
- Also, we do not include updates or amendments to the website in our fee as it is impossible to predict the amount of work required by individual clients in advance. All updates and amendments will be quoted for based on the time we expect them to take which is a much fairer system. Our "Ultimate" support package, which is appropriate for anyone running an online shop includes one hour of site updates each month.
- All support packages must be paid by standing order either quarterly or annually in advance.
Basic Support Package
- Full monthly backup of your site files and database, stored on our secure backup servers.
- Security updates will be incorporated into your website free of charge so you always have the most up to date software.
- Technical support for the website via email using our ticketing system with a 72 hour response during working hours.
- Can support up to 25 photographs without affecting speed or back up.
- Hosting of your web site for 12 months using secure web servers based in the UK.
Basic-Plus Support Package
- All the features from our Basic Support Package plus the following additional features and benefits.
- Back up of your site files and database every 2 weeks, stored on our secure backup servers.
- Software Firewall protects your site from brute force attacks.
- Google Analytics setup and integration including dashboard reporting tool.
- Technical support for the website via email using our ticketing system with a faster 48 hour response time during working hours.
- Telephone help will be charged at £25 per 30 mins or part thereof.
- Connection to Office 365 or G-Suite Email Accounts (separate charges apply).
Business Support Package
- This is our business package. All the features from our Basic-Plus Support Package plus the following additional features and benefits.
- Weekly database backup plus weekly file backup, stored on our secure backup servers.
- Shared Virtual Private Server hosting for your site. You will only share the server with a maximum of nineteen other websites with higher performance and security.
- Anti-hacking Level 1 - Monthly Malware scan of site files and basic anti-hacking protection.
- Technical support for the website via email using our ticketing system with a faster 24 hour response time during working hours.
- SEO measuring tool to measure the effectiveness of your website pages and products.
- Telephone help (up to 15 mins per month free) thereafter £25 per half hour or part thereof.
- Connection to Office 365 or G-Suite Email Accounts (separate charges apply).
Retail Support Package
- This package is for anyone who runs an online retail shop. It has all the features of the Business package plus the following additional features and benefits.
- Full daily backup of your site files and database, stored on our secure backup servers.
- Shared Virtual Private Server hosting for your site. You will only share the server with a maximum of 4 other websites offering higher performance, faster speed, more storage and better security.
- Anti-hacking Level 2 - Automatic Malware scanning of site files and enhanced anti-hacking protection.
- Technical support for the website via email using our ticketing system with a faster 24 hour response time during working hours.
- Telephone help (up to 15 mins per month free) thereafter £25 per half hour or part thereof.
- Connection to Office 365 or G-Suite Email Accounts (separate charges apply).
Ultimate Support Package with a dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS).
- The perfect package for anyone running an online store who needs the fastest customer experience and top SEO scores.
- Full daily backup of your site files and database, stored on our secure backup servers.
- Dedicated Virtual Private Server hosting your site with higher performance and security.
- One hour of site updates per month including text, imagery and additional pages.
- Anti-hacking Level 2 - Automatic Malware scanning of site files and enhanced anti-hacking protection.
- Support via email with a faster 24 hour response time during working hours.
- Telephone help (up to 30 mins per month) thereafter £25 per hour or part thereof.
- Connection to Office 365 or G-Suite Email Accounts (separate charges apply).
