MODULE 1. HOW GOOGLE THINKS AND WORKS
It is impossible to carry out an effective Search Engine Optimisation programme for your business unless you know how Google works and how it ranks your pages. This module is designed to show you how to get the most out of your web site content if you are trying to get more traffic to your website or an improved conversion rate. This workshop will teach you the theory of writing and creating landing pages and blogs for your web site.
MODULE 2. PRACTICAL SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION
This practical workshop is perfect for those who have completed module 1 and have attempted to optimise some pages on their website already. Whilst module 1 is very much a theoretical workshop, in module 2 we look at how effective you have been in implementing what you have learned and helping you to improve the effectiveness of the landing pages and blogs you have already written.
MODULE 3. MARKET SEGMENTATION - THIS IS ABOUT KNOWING YOUR AUDIENCE
Marketing has been turned on its head in the last ten years. This module is designed to look at the segmentation of your target audience in order that you can communicate with them more effectively. In this module we analyse your audience motivations and why they would want to engage with you at each point in their journey. It is vital for businesses to understand the importance of timely communication in relation to the customer journey. If content is king, context is God.
MODULE 4. CREATE A SIX OR TWELVE MONTH MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Throwing random tactical marketing exercises at your audience simply doesn’t work. You need to communicate the appropriate messages at the appropriate time depending on where your customers are in their buying cycle. In this module, we work with you to put together a six or twelve-month marketing plan with clear action points and key target indicators to ensure you achieve your objectives with the minimum cost.
MODULE 5. UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS & ENGAGING WITH YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE
“Top down” marketing, where marketing teams bash out their messages irrespective of the buyers' needs is now truly dead and buried. In the modern digital age you will only succeed if you know, not just WHAT your business does but the WHY and the HOW of what your business does. That is at the core of every message put out by GREAT marketing companies irrespective of the product or service being sold. In this marketing module, we focus on your business core objectives and WHY anyone would want to engage with you.
MODULE 6. HOW CAN SOCIAL MEDIA HELP YOUR BUSINESS
Everyone is talking about creating awareness of your brand through social media. Can Facebook, Twitter or Youtube really help you achieve your marketing objectives? We show you how to put social media to good use without spending a fortune and we also show you how to put your campaign together at both a theoretical and a practical level. Facebook has 1 billion viewers a day and people say to us “social media just doesn’t work for us”. Really? And how many people visit your website a day?
MODULE 7. TOOLS TO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS MORE PROFITABLE
With thousands of Apps out there it is impossible to know how to make the best use of the digital tools currently available. In this practical workshop, we analyse the bottlenecks in your business, the time and money-wasting activities and we look how to move your business to the cutting edge. Time wasted is bad enough but the real cost to business is the missed opportunity costs. Apple currently estimates that the missed opportunity costs are ten times higher in lost revenue than the cost of the wasted activity itself.
MODULE 8. A SIMPLE STORY WELL TOLD - HOW TO SELL YOUR STORY
In this module, we bring together all of the training modules and teach you how to tell your story. Writing good content and capturing the hearts and minds of your audience is essential to your business success. All purchasing decisions are emotional ones albeit they will often be backed up by the facts to help support that emotional decision. How many times have you heard someone say “I actually wanted what he was selling but I didn’t buy because I didn’t like the guy”? In this module, we teach you the tricks of great communication and ensuring that you make a connection with your audience every time.
MODULE 9: WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?
Not everyone knows which module they need - they just know they aren’t doing things as well as they could. This workshop is designed to look at the current problems facing your company and putting together a plan to resolve them. We will break down the problems into a series of individual tasks and put together a programme to help move your company to the next level. This is a “no- hold barred" meeting behind closed doors and with the appropriate NDA (non-disclosure agreements) firmly in place.
